I tried out a different way to draw feet here and I learned a lot about proportioning over the last week. I applied those lessons in this drawing.

Giselle, Surfer Girl, Oceaness

My friend Allison came up with the name Oceaness, and she designed a superhero costume to go with it. I redesigned the costume and designed the superhero. Giselle I drew from memory from the movie Enchanted, and the Surfer Girl I drew for my cousin Anna. She told me what colors she wanted.

Mermaid in the Bathroom

Today Amanda penciled and painted a mermaid on their bathroom wall. It’s not quite finished yet and I had to take the picture at an angle to avoid the glare, but I think you get the idea.
